WARM UP: 8am – 9:30am

Log Press: 10am

Rules

1.) Log Clean and Press for Reps: Athletes can clean the log once and press away. Athletes will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible. Strict press, push press, split jerk, and push jerk all allowed. Elbows must be locked overhead, and head through to receive a down call. DO NOT DROP THE WEIGHT FROM OVERHEAD. YOU WILL RECEIVE A ZERO FOR THIS EVENT. Log must be lowered controlled to the floor. Equipment allowed: Sleeves, Grip Shirts (no SC/OSG), Wrist Wraps, and Belt.

2.) Farmers Hold: Hold for time. Both handles must break the ground for time to start. Time stops once the handles are dropped/set down. Equipment allowed: Sleeves, Chalk, Wrist Wraps, and Belt. No lifting straps, gloves, or tacky allowed.

3.) Wagon Wheel Axle Deadlift for Reps: Axle bar height will be set at 13”. Athletes will have 60 seconds to deadlift the bar as many times as possible. Athletes must wait for a “Down” call. Tap and Go allowed. No Sumo. Equipment allowed: Lifting Straps, Suits, Sleeves, and belt.

4.) Sandbag to Shoulder: Competitor starts with hands off the sandbag. Athletes will have 60 seconds to clean the sandbag to shoulder. The competitor must remove one hand to show control and wait for a down call. Repeat as many times for 60 seconds. Equipment allowed: Gloves, Grip Shirts (No SC/OSG), Wrist Wraps, and Belt. NO Stone Sleeves.

5.) Power Stairs: Weight handle will start on the platform. Competitor will start on the judges call with hands off the handle. The competitor will lift the handle up four 14” high steps to the top. Weight must be on the top step with hands off to stop the time. 60 second time limit. Equipment allowed: Wrist Wraps, and Belt. No Lifting Strap or Gloves.

*Competitor order is reverse order of signup for the first 4 events. Sign up first, compete last. Competitor order changed to placing for the 5th event.

NO TACKY OR TACKY TOWELS ALLOWED FOR ANY EVENT.
